What to expect

1. Proposal Submission

If your profile aligns with the requirement, a member of our team will reach out to schedule an exploratory call to learn more about your experience. They will serve as your primary contact throughout the process.
To assess your fit for the role, we’ll invite you to complete a skills-based take-home challenge and request your portfolio. This exercise gives you the opportunity to highlight your strengths.

In this stage, we’ll have a focused conversation to ensure our goals and values align. We’ll dive deeper into your experience, discuss DE's in-house processes, and explore how your strengths complement our needs. This is the step wherein your document will be verified by our team.
If everything aligns, we’ll guide you through a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring you have the resources and support needed to succeed in your new role and integrate seamlessly into the team.
