Cancellation and Refund policy 

This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform.  Under this policy: 

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of the date and time of order confirmation. Order confirmation will be as per Bank Acknowledgement received from MARKET WITH MADDY’s Banking Partner. dailyequity.in shall not be liable to process any refunds in case of failures by payment gateway partners or the user’s bank network. 
  • Daily Equity Content Platform, dailyequity.in does not accept cancellation requests for orders placed outside of the website dailyequity.in. Any orders placed directly on Third Party Platforms, Amazon and other aggregator, affiliates, other are to be dealt with them directly. DAILY EQUITY accepts no responsibility for disputes arising out of third-party networks outside of dailyequity.in.
  • Cancellation requests shall only be entertained if all the below are provided:
    • Transaction ID or number provided by the user’s bank
    • Order confirmation/acknowledgement as on dailyequity.in
    • Registered email-id or mobile number
    • User’s Aadhar verifiable Full Name

The request needs to be emailed at dailyequitydirect@gmail.com with all the above details within 24 hours of the time of purchase.

  • All refunds processed shall either be returned to the original mode of payment via the payment gateway or returned to the Bank Details shared by the registered email id upon identity verification only. No refunds shall be processed via Cash or UPI. All refunds will be processed via NEFT/RTGS or Payment Gateway-based reversal process only.
  • No packages/services advertised on dailyequity.in hold any warranty or guarantee of accuracy or results. The service exchanged on dailyequity.in is content based on publicly available data for educational purposes and recreational only. It is not linked with any financial market related incentives and does not guarantee any personal gains to the user or entities associated with dailyequity.in

Once a refund request is accepted, refunds are processed within 7 days. Bank / Payment Gateway timelines may differ.

 

Shipping and Replacement Policy (Books by Daily Equity Content Platform)

Only in case of books by Daily Equity Content Platform (Market With Maddy)

All orders placed on our platform are processed within standard business timelines. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days, while international deliveries may take up to 14 working days, depending on location and logistics partners. Once an order is confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched accordingly, and tracking details will be shared by logistics partners directly.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipping, whichever is later. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted. We do not offer returns on books. However, in case an incorrect or damaged product is delivered, the item will be replaced at no additional cost.

To initiate a replacement request, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product via email to direct@dailyequity.in, along with relevant proof (such as images of the damaged or incorrect item). Requests received beyond this period will not be entertained. All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by the team at Daily Equity Content Platform (Market with Maddy).
