About This Charter

This Investor Charter has been published in compliance with SEBI's circular on Investor Charter for Research Analysts. It sets out the rights of investors, services provided, grievance redressal mechanism, and obligations of the Research Analyst operating through Daily Equity Content Platform.

The paid investment research and stock recommendation services on Daily Equity are exclusively managed and rendered by Arjit Garg, a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000021951). Daily Equity Content Platform - a brand of Market With Maddy (a registered sole proprietorship of Mudit Rajeev Garg) - is a content platform through which these services are made available.

Rights of Investors / Clients

As a client of the paid research services rendered by SEBI RA Arjit Garg through Daily Equity, you are entitled to the following rights:

Transparent Disclosure

Right to know the Research Analyst's SEBI registration number, validity, and any conflicts of interest before availing services.

Basis of Recommendations

Right to receive the basis and rationale of every stock recommendation, including technical or fundamental analysis supporting the same.

No Guaranteed Returns

Right to be clearly informed that no research recommendation guarantees returns, and that markets are subject to risk.

Grievance Redressal

Right to lodge complaints against the Research Analyst with SEBI through the SCORES portal if grievances are not addressed within 30 days.

Confidentiality

Right to have your personal data and trading strategies kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.

Non-Discriminatory Service

Right to receive the same quality of research recommendations as all other subscribers of the same plan, without preferential treatment.

Refund & Cancellation

Right to request a cancellation and refund within 24 hours of purchase, as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy published on dailyequity.in.

No Insider Information

Right to be assured that all research is based solely on publicly available data and does not involve insider or non-public information.

Dos and Don'ts for Investors

✓ Dos

• Verify the SEBI registration number of the Research Analyst (INH000021951) on the SEBI website before subscribing.
• Read the full research report or recommendation, including the risk disclosure, before acting on it.
• Make investment decisions based on your own financial goals, risk appetite, and independent research.
• Consult a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser before making large financial commitments.
• Keep records of all paid subscription confirmations, recommendation communications, and receipts.
• Report concerns or grievances via email at dailyequitydirect@gmail.com within 30 days of the issue arising.
• Check the SEBI SCORES portal (scores.sebi.gov.in) if your grievance is not resolved within 30 days.

✗ Don'ts

• Do not act solely on research recommendations without independent due diligence.
• Do not share your login credentials, plan access, or WhatsApp community access with others.
• Do not make investments based solely on past accuracy claims — past performance does not guarantee future returns.
• Do not engage with anyone claiming to be from Daily Equity and asking for money outside official payment channels.
• Do not invest funds you cannot afford to lose — stock markets carry inherent risk.
• Do not confuse the free content (market news, articles) with paid SEBI RA research recommendations.
• Do not provide personal financial account details to anyone on the platform.

Obligations of the Research Analyst

SEBI RA Arjit Garg (INH000021951), in rendering services through Daily Equity, is obligated to:

• Maintain SEBI registration in good standing and comply with all provisions of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
• Ensure that research recommendations are based on publicly available data and do not rely on material non-public (insider) information.
• Disclose any personal holdings or conflict of interest in securities that form the subject of a research recommendation.
• Not engage in any practice that amounts to front-running, circular trading, or market manipulation.
• Not share personal portfolio holdings or positions as the basis for recommendations.
• Maintain records of all research reports and recommendations for a minimum period as specified under SEBI regulations.
• Address client grievances within 30 days of receipt and escalate unresolved complaints to SEBI SCORES.
• Ensure the accuracy claim of "over 90% accuracy" is based on verifiable historical data and disclose the methodology used for the same.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

• Arjit Garg holds no ownership interest in Daily Equity Content Platform or Market With Maddy. He operates as a SEBI Registered Research Analyst on the platform independently.
• As per SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices) Regulations, 2003, securities covered in research recommendations published on Daily Equity are excluded from personal portfolio transactions of the Research Analyst at the time of publication, unless explicitly disclosed.
• Market With Maddy (proprietor: Mudit Rajeev Garg) does not hold a SEBI registration and does not provide investment advisory, research advisory, or portfolio management services.
• Daily Equity does not earn commissions from any brokerage firm or financial product issuer and does not endorse any broker.
