• Research recommendations in the paid community are based solely on publicly available information including price charts, technical patterns, publicly reported financials, and market data. No material, non-public or insider information is used.
• Securities covered in paid research recommendations are excluded from the personal trading portfolio of the Research Analyst at the time of publication, unless explicitly disclosed in the relevant recommendation.
• Daily Equity Content Platform does not receive any commission, brokerage, or referral fees from any broker, financial product manufacturer, or issuer in connection with the paid research services.

Liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the fee paid by the subscriber for the specific paid service in the relevant billing period, or ₹100 (Indian Rupees One Hundred), whichever is lower.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This disclaimer and all disputes arising from the use of dailyequity.in and associated services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or in connection with this platform or its services.
